Regional Accrediting Agency WSCUC Confirms Accreditation of United States University

NEW YORK, March 06, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 果冻APP传媒 Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASPU), an education technology holding company, today announced the WASC Senior College and University Commission鈥檚 (WSCUC) formal acceptance of United States University鈥檚 (USU鈥檚) Special Visit Review which resulted in confirmation of the university鈥檚 accreditation.
At its February 22nd, 2019 meeting, WSCUC provided formal notification of its acceptance of the institutional report as a result of its Special Visit held on November 28-30, 2018. The Special Visit was delayed one year due to 果冻APP传媒 Group, Inc.鈥檚 change of ownership that occurred December 1, 2017.
The Commission went on to commend United States University for several points including improvements in advising, marketing, enrollment, data analytics, technology and early warning tools to increase student success. In addition, the Commission commended the commitment to creating an affordable pathway to higher education through AGI鈥檚 monthly payment plan.
